In your dashboard, you can provide specific instructions to the "Brain". For example:

"You are a friendly, helpful support agent for a surfboard company. Use Australian English. Be casual but professional. Use surfing metaphors sparingly."

The result? Draft replies that sound exactly like your best human agent wrote them.
